JAYDEX INTERNATIONAL LIMITED was founded in 1986 as a distributor / consultant / project management company specialising in waterproof membranes, high build coatings, and associated products for the construction industry.

The principals of JAYDEX INTERNATIONAL LIMITED have a long and proven experience in the manufacture, distribution and specification of high performance waterproofing membranes, resilient rubber and sports flooring. Our knowledge and service extends to site inspections, recommendations and preparation of full specifications for new and remedial work. We have designed and developed in house procedures, which, together with our computer systems can execute any request in a short time frame.

In 1990 Resilient Rubber Flooring systems were added to the Jaydex range of products and were well received with numerous projects having been completed to date such as the old Parliament Building and the Casino in Auckland.

Synthetic Rubber Sports Flooring was a further addition to the overall range of Mondo Flooring system and numerous installations in Gymnasiums having been completed to date.

In 1997 we introduced Hardwood Maple Smart system sports floors, with each floor in these groups being designed and tested to meet a variety of recreational needs, architectural requirements and Facility Budgets.

Performance: Value-added engineered and tested according to both DIN CERTCO and STEM to meet the most demanding athletic performance and facility criteria.

Retrofit: Well-suited for a variety of situations, including the replacement of old or damaged floors, uneven substrates, floors over existing synthetics and unusual profiles of slab depressions. Flexible design to meet profile and sub-base challenges.

Basic: Quality, Economical systems. Due to the competitive nature of the Hardwood Maple Sprung flooring system we, Jaydex have our own special floor contracting division with qualified installers who are able of carry out all types and sizes of projects.

Storage of information is also an important part of our programme and represents collectively over 70 years of knowledge and experience.

The need for ease of use of materials is something to which we constantly strive, ensuring that the systems we specify are straight forward in application, providing cost effective long term solutions. Systems are designed to ensure that, when required, maintenance can be carried out with simple preparation techniques thus providing economies in future years.

We appreciate the need for accountability in the application of specialised and high performance finishes. To this end, we work through approved applicators and installers who are experienced in their field.

A network of approved waterproofing applicators/installers has been established throughout New Zealand and the Pacific Islands region who comply with our rigid code of practice.

We also have a network of approved resilient and sports rubber flooring contractors/installers.
